convenient location bts station fitness center faulty shower head ineffective screen crowded lobby
the location were quite convenient. the bts station were a short walk. many restaurants is also close. i appreciate the fitness center with its city view.
the shower head were faulty. it were difficult to use the loose shower head. water spilled from the shower area. this suggest the screen were not effective. the lobby were crowded during check-in.

some issues detract from the stay

faulty shower head ineffective screen
the staff displayed politeness and helpfulness.
the shower head in my room was not securely attached. it was loose and difficult to use properly. water leaked out of the shower area constantly. the shower screen seemed ineffective. the check-in process was disorganized too.

superb experience

full kitchen comfortable bed helpful staff
the room was spacious with a full kitchen it was nice. the bed was comfortable. the modern bathroom was really nice too. staff was very helpful and friendly .
i found that the shower head in the room was faulty it was loose. this made it hard to shower comfortably. water kept spilling out from the shower area and that suggests that the shower screen was not effective.
