some issues detract from the stay
polite stafffaulty shower headineffective screen
the staff displayed politeness and helpfulness.
the shower head in my room was not securely attached. it was loose and difficult to use properly. water leaked out of the shower area constantly. the shower screen seemed ineffective. the check-in process was disorganized too.

the room was spacious with a full kitchen it was nice. the bed was comfortable. the modern bathroom was really nice too. staff was very helpful and friendly .
i found that the shower head in the room was faulty it was loose. this made it hard to shower comfortably. water kept spilling out from the shower area and that suggests that the shower screen was not effective.

The shower head in my room was faulty. it was loose and did not stay in place. water kept spilling out from the shower area. The shower screen was not effective. check-in and checkout took a long time.
